Delete Your Account / Xoá tài khoản của bạn

Option 1: Delete directly in the app / Xoá trực tiếp trong ứng dụng:

Open FinTeam → Settings (gear icon) / Mở FinTeam → Cài đặt
Scroll down → tap "Delete account" / Kéo xuống → nhấn "Xoá tài khoản"
Confirm deletion / Xác nhận xoá

Option 2: Request deletion via this form / Yêu cầu xoá qua form này:

If you cannot access the app, fill out the form below. We will process your request within 3 business days.

Nếu bạn không thể truy cập ứng dụng, hãy điền form bên dưới. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý yêu cầu trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted.

Hành động này là vĩnh viễn và không thể hoàn tác. Toàn bộ dữ liệu của bạn sẽ bị xoá.

What will be deleted / Dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá:

Your account and profile / Tài khoản và thông tin cá nhân
Your membership in all groups / Tư cách thành viên trong tất cả nhóm
Your edit history records / Lịch sử chỉnh sửa của bạn
Your feedback submissions / Phản hồi bạn đã gửi

Note: Group data and expenses you created will remain for other members. Your name will be unlinked.
Lưu ý: Dữ liệu nhóm và khoản chi bạn tạo sẽ được giữ lại cho các thành viên khác. Tên bạn sẽ được gỡ liên kết.
